Quality Management in Assisted Living Workshop

Quality management is more than compliance. It’s the foundation for consistent, resident-centered care. This workshop will explore Kentucky’s regulatory requirements for quality management activities in Assisted Living Communities, offering practical strategies to meet and exceed these expectations as well as position communities to better navigate their increasing level of litigation risk. An attorney will provide legal insight on litigation trends impacting Assisted Living, and participants will examine detailed examples of a successful quality management program, including measurable outcomes and lessons learned. The workshop will highlight how to incorporate grievance data into your quality management process to identify trends, resolve issues proactively, and strengthen resident satisfaction.
