November 17-19, 2026.   We can’t wait to host our 2026 Annual Meeting & Expo! For three awesome days, we provide 23 first-class, informative sessions and an expo consisting of over 140 of the best goods and services our profession has to offer.  The Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville will be transformed starting November 17 through November 19 for our long-term care professionals!

$300 per KCARE Member
$600 per Non-Member

Quality Award Banquet Tickets are sold separately from conference registration. Price of banquet ticket $100/each

EXPO HOURS:

Tuesday, November 17, 4:30–6:00 p.m. and Wednesday, November 18, 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

No other company should be reaching out to vendors regarding exhibiting or booking your hotel room on behalf of the Coalition or the Galt House Hotel. Whenever you have a question about a phone call please reach out to our team directly. 

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

The Kentucky Coalition for Aging Resources and Empowerment is an approved provider of continuing education by the Kentucky Board of Nursing, #5-0002. To receive the 11 contact hours, you must complete each registered session. We will be requesting  NAB approval for the Annual Meeting:. Certificates may be printed once program evaluation is submitted. Disclaimer Statement: The Kentucky Board of Nursing  approval of an individual continuing education provider does not constitute endorsement of program content. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration Fee: Cancellations received seven (7) workdays prior to the first day of conference  will receive a full refund for the registration. Cancellations received inside of seven (7) workdays will receive one-half refund. Participants who do not attend will not receive a refund unless prior written notice is given to the Coalition office. All cancellations must be made in writing and may be emailed to Angela Porter. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. 

PAYMENT AND COLLECTION POLICY

Members shall pay for conferences or seminars in advance. All registrations must be accompanied by complete payment or a “purchase order.” Registrations received without payment will not be processed until above conditions are met. If “purchase order” is used, full payment must be received seven (7) days prior to seminar or conference. Any payment not received prior to the event shall be billed at the non-member rate. All registrations received without payment or “purchase order” will be invoiced at time registration is received. If membership dues or any invoices are 90 days in arrears, registration fee for seminar or conference will be charged at the non-member rate unless payment is made in full seven (7) days prior to seminar or conference.

Cancellations received in writing inside of seven (7) workdays will receive one-half refund. Any participants who don't attend a program will receive no refund unless prior notice in writing is given to the association office as outlined in this policy. Participants may appeal refund determinations by requesting reconsideration by the Executive Committee. Such appeals must be made in writing within 30 days after the seminar or convention is held.
